Confirmation and Booking
Upon confirmation of the booking, a record will be sent via email. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking process will begin, and the traveler will be notified as soon as possible. The time required may vary depending on the complexity of the booking. In any case, One More Destination will keep the traveler updated on all details regarding their travel arrangements.
Deposit
At the time of booking confirmation, One More Destination requires a deposit of 30% of the total final price of the trip. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival without any issues.
In special cases, One More Destination reserves the right to request additional deposits depending on the availability of services. In any event, One More Destination will always inform the traveler if this is necessary.
Payment
Payment can be made through various methods.
- Bank transfer in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Vietnamese Dong (VND). In all cases, any bank fees resulting from the transfer must be covered by the traveler.
- Credit card. If paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, an additional 1.7% will be added as a bank fee. If using AMEX, the bank fee will be 3%. In this case, we will request a signed payment authorization.
- Cash. Only for payments upon arrival in USD, EUR, or VND.
Modification or Cancellation
In the event of a modification or cancellation of services, One More Destination will never charge any extra fees. However, each service has its own cancellation policies, so additional costs may arise from the cancellation. In any case, One More Destination will inform the traveler if this occurs and will seek the best way to resolve the issue. If cancellation costs are incurred after negotiating with the provider, the traveler will be informed. One More Destination cannot determine a fixed percentage for these costs, as we strive to minimize them as much as possible in every instance.
If, due to force majeure such as natural disasters, it becomes necessary to cancel any part of the trip, One More Destination will always offer the best alternative. Should there be a price difference compared to the original program, the difference will be refunded, or the traveler will be consulted regarding any supplement before any decision is made.
Liability
One More Destination is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any items during the trip. Nor is it liable for any unforeseen incidents caused by natural events such as floods, storms, or earthquakes. Furthermore, it is not responsible for the delay or cancellation of flights, whether domestic or international. Should this occur, we will do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Should the traveler wish, we can connect them with our agent in Spain, SOSA&MAAD insurance brokerage, to advise them on purchasing the most suitable travel insurance in each case.
Privacy Policy
All personal data is private and confidential. One More Destination will never provide such data to third parties.
